LONGEVITY CARE GROUP SRL, with registered office in Bucharest, Bd. Lascăr Catargiu, no. 30, 1st floor, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under no. J40/14626/2023, Tax ID (CIF) 48602558, is the owner and developer of the website https://www.longevityclinic.ro/, which can be accessed via browser from desktop, laptop, mobile phones or other electronic devices, and which allows LONGEVITY CLINIC to promote, under the conditions provided by law, the Dataklas solutions and the Company's Services.
The Website allows interested persons ("User") to find out information about Longevity Care Group and its partners, review the solutions and services offered by the Company, and access the content published by the Company on the Website.
1.1. Longevity Clinic: the range of health solutions that Longevity Care Group offers for sale to Users, so that they may be purchased by the latter. The Company reserves the right to modify the range of solutions at any time, by adding new solutions or by removing some of the existing ones from the Website.
1.2. SERVICES: the services that Longevity Care Group may provide to Users. The Company reserves the right to modify the services offered at any time, by adding new services or by removing some of the existing ones from the Website.
1.3. USER: any natural person who accesses the Website in order to review and express their choice/to purchase the Company's Services, in their own name or as a representative of a legal entity.
1.4. PARTNER: an authorized legal or natural person, or one operating under another permitted form of organization, who is a contractual partner of Longevity Care Group, with information about them displayed in the dedicated section.
1.5. PERSONAL DATA: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR").
1.6. CONTENT: (a) all information on the Website that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed using an electronic device; (b) the content of any e-mail sent to the User by an employee or collaborator in connection with the Website and everything this entails, by electronic means and/or any other available means of communication; (c) any information communicated to the User by any means by an employee or collaborator of Longevity Care Group, according to the contact information provided by the User; (d) information related to the Longevity Clinic Services; (f) data relating to Longevity Care Group, the Website, or other privileged data thereof.
1.7. NEWSLETTER: an electronic means (e-mail) by which Longevity Care Group regularly informs Users about the solutions and Services of Longevity Care Group. Users may subscribe to the Newsletter at any time by filling in the dedicated field with their e-mail address and pressing the "Subscribe" button. Subscribed Users may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe function at the bottom of each e-mail.
2.1. Accessing and using the Website constitutes the User's acknowledgment of and agreement to these terms and conditions ("the Terms and Conditions").
2.2. Longevity Care Group will constantly and accurately update the data on the Website regarding Longevity Clinic's solutions and Services, as well as any other information it deems necessary or useful.
2.3. The User understands that Longevity Care Group has the right to modify the content of the Website at any time without any prior notice, and that Longevity Care Group cannot be held liable for damages caused as a result of such a modification.
2.4. Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the Website so that they can consult them at any time. Users are obliged to constantly access and check the content of this document, the applicable version of this document being the one published on the Website at the date the User refers to it.
2.5. Longevity Care Group declares that it holds all the authorizations, approvals, qualifications and experience necessary to administer the Website, as well as to present and sell Longevity Clinic's solutions and Services.
2.6. Under no circumstances may the Website be used for purposes other than those mentioned in this document. The User understands and agrees that they will not interfere in any way with the Website in order to make unauthorized modifications/changes. Any such interference constitutes a breach of the civil and criminal provisions in force, and the User is fully liable for any damage caused.
2.7. The Website may link to subdomains/other web pages of Longevity Care Group or its Partners/external pages, the User being obliged to check and take note of the policies applicable to such subdomains and web pages.
2.8. The User understands that Longevity Care Group has no obligation to verify, act upon, and is not liable with respect to:

Longevity Care Group may, without any other notice or formality and without being required to explain its position, suspend or block the User's access to the Website's content or part of that content, or discontinue sending the Newsletter, without owing the User any explanation or compensation.
2.10. The Website is made available to Users "as is", "with all faults" and "as available". The Company does not warrant, expressly or implicitly, the Website or Longevity Clinic's solutions and Services. The solutions and Services offered do not benefit from and do not give rise to any warranty, including any warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or special need. Longevity Care Group does not guarantee that the result that may be obtained from using Longevity Clinic's solutions and Services will meet the User's requirements.
2.11. Longevity Care Group assumes no liability for interruptions in the operation of the Website for the purpose of making improvements, maintaining it in an optimal operating condition, lack of internet connectivity, or other situations in which the Website cannot be accessed due to technical errors that are not under the Company's control.
2.12. Longevity Care Group assumes no liability for any indirect, special or incidental damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website.
3.1. Any processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the manner and by the means set out in the Privacy Policy.
4.1. The content of the Website, including but not limited to text, logos, stylized representations, buttons, trademarks, static images, dynamic images, multimedia content, software and other data, as also defined in the definitions section above, is and remains the property of Longevity Care Group and/or its Partners and is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as subsequently amended and supplemented, Law no. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and Law no. 129/1992 on industrial designs, republished, as well as by the Berne Convention and EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market, and by any other national and European provision that ensures the protection of intellectual property and copyright.
4.2. The User is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to themselves or third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, interfere with, manipulate, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, replace, create derivative works from, or perform any other similar actions on the sub-assemblies/embedded programs/software or the Content in general, including any content outside the Website, or remove the marks signifying the copyright of Longevity Care Group and/or its Partners over the Content, nor participate in the transfer, sale or distribution of materials made through the reproduction, modification or display of the Content, except with the express written consent of Longevity Care Group and/or its Partners.
4.3. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this document is prohibited. The User understands and agrees that any use of the Content for purposes other than those permitted by this document constitutes a breach of the legal provisions in force and gives rise to civil, administrative and/or criminal liability.

5.1. Longevity Care Group will keep confidential any information of any nature that it receives. Disclosure of the information provided may only be made under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. No public statement, promotion, press release or any other form of disclosure to third parties regarding the Website and the contractual relationship with Longevity Care Group will be made by the User without the prior written consent of Longevity Care Group.
5.3. By transmitting information or materials through the Website, Longevity Care Group benefits from unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, as well as the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute such materials or information. The User also agrees that Longevity Care Group may freely use, for its own benefit, any information, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques sent to it through the Website. Longevity Care Group will not be subject to any obligations regarding the confidentiality of the information sent, unless the legislation in force provides otherwise.
The Patient has the option to make an online payment into the My Longevity Clinic account at the time the appointment is made.
Card data processing is carried out exclusively on the servers of the payment processor EuPlătesc. Longevity Clinic does not request and does not store any details regarding the Payer's card. Longevity Clinic does not charge any additional commission for online payments.
If the card is linked to an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are carried out in RON, at the exchange rate applied by the card-issuing bank.
In the case of online payments, Longevity Clinic is not and cannot be held responsible for any other additional cost incurred by the Payer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card-issuing bank, where the currency in which the card was issued differs from RON. Responsibility for this matter lies solely with the Payer.
If the Patient does not show up for the online consultation and does not notify Longevity Clinic of their inability to attend the scheduled Appointment, the Patient agrees and accepts that the amount paid for the online consultation will not be refunded. If the online consultation is cancelled by the Patient before the date and time of the Appointment, the amount paid for the online consultation will be refunded to the Patient into the bank account from which the payment was made.
If the paid online consultation is cancelled by Longevity Clinic for reasons not attributable to the Patient, the amount paid for the online consultation is refunded to the Patient into the bank account from which the payment was made.
As an exception, the Appointment may be cancelled in situations where Longevity Clinic's Specialists must provide care in cases considered medically urgent, or in other cases requiring increased medical intervention/supervision, or in other exceptional situations.
If the Patient does not show up for the Appointment, it will be considered used. The Patient has the option to notify Longevity Clinic that they will not be able to attend the Appointment, recommended at least 24 hours before the date and time of the Appointment.
