01

General

10 questions
What is longevity medicine?+

Longevity medicine means taking care of your health before problems appear. It helps us understand how each person's body works and what we can do to prevent disease, slow down ageing processes and enjoy more years lived in good health.

How is Longevity Clinic different from a regular clinic?+

For us, every patient is unique. We don't stop at symptoms — we try to understand the full picture: medical history, lifestyle, genetics and the factors that affect long-term health. That way, the recommendations you receive are tailored to you, not a standard protocol.

Who should get a longevity evaluation?+

Anyone who wants to take better care of their health. Whether you are 30, 50 or 70, whether you feel great or already have certain health issues, an evaluation can give you valuable information about your body and the steps you can take going forward.

How does the first consultation work?+

We start by getting to know you. We discuss your medical history, lifestyle, goals and concerns. We review any existing investigations and, if needed, recommend further evaluations. At the end, we set the next steps together, as a personalized plan.

Do I need to bring existing test results?+

If you have recent tests, it's useful to bring them. If not, that's not a problem — after the consultation we will only recommend the investigations that are relevant to your situation.

What is biological age?+

Biological age shows how "young" or "aged" your body is from a functional standpoint. It can sometimes be lower than your chronological age, sometimes higher. The good news is that many of the factors influencing it can be improved through personalized lifestyle changes.

Is it worth doing a genetic test if I'm healthy?+

Yes — that's actually one of the biggest advantages of genetic testing. It doesn't tell you which disease you will get, but shows you where predispositions exist and how you can adjust your lifestyle to reduce risks and make informed decisions for your health.

Can I come to Longevity Clinic if I already have a condition?+

Of course. Many of our patients already have a diagnosis and want to better understand what they can do to support their health. We collaborate with treating physicians and build recommendations tailored to each person.

Can I have online consultations?+

Yes. Many consultations and result interpretations can take place online, so you can benefit from our team's expertise no matter where you live.

I don't know which consultation or program suits me. What should I do?+

You don't need to have all the answers before contacting us. Tell us briefly what your goal or concern is, and we will guide you to the specialist and program that fit you best.

02

Genetic & Biochemical Testing

8 questions
How do I choose the right test for me?+

The choice depends on symptoms, personal and family history, and medical goals. During the evaluation, our team recommends the tests that are relevant to your situation.

How is the sample collected?+

Depending on the test, samples are collected via blood draw or saliva. It is a quick procedure performed at the clinic, and certain tests may have preparation requirements communicated beforehand.

How long until I get the results?+

The timeframe varies depending on the complexity of the test. You will receive the exact timing at booking, and the results are communicated together with the medical interpretation.

Are the results explained to me by a doctor?+

Yes. Every test includes personalized medical interpretation — results are discussed in a clinical context, not delivered as a plain lab report.

Does a genetic result mean I will develop the disease?+

No. Genetic tests assess predispositions and risks, not certainties. Their role is to guide prevention, monitoring and medical decisions.

Do genetic tests need to be repeated over time?+

Your genetic profile does not change, so genetic tests are not repeated. Epigenetic tests and biomarker analyses can be reassessed periodically to track changes over time.

Do I need a referral from another doctor?+

No referral is required. You can come directly for an evaluation consultation, after which the appropriate tests are determined.

Where can I find the prices for tests?+

The price list and current offers are published on the clinic's website, on the relevant service page. You can check there or contact us before booking.

Longevity Packages

6 questions
How do I know which package suits me?+

The choice depends on your goal, the complexity of the evaluation needed, and the level of monitoring you want. If you're not sure, you can contact us and we'll work out together which evaluation makes sense to start with.

What does a longevity package include?+

Each package combines evaluation, testing, recommendations and monitoring. The exact components — consultations, genetic tests, marker panels, nutrition sessions — are listed in each package description.

How long does a package take?+

Duration varies between 1 and 8 months, depending on the program. More extensive packages include reassessment and ongoing monitoring, which is why they run over a longer period.

Can I pay for a package in installments?+

For details on the available payment options, please contact us by phone or email. We will give you up-to-date information for the package you are interested in.

What happens after the package is completed?+

At the end, you receive an overall assessment and recommendations for the next period. If useful, the journey can continue with periodic monitoring or a program adapted to new goals.

Are the displayed prices up to date?+

Current prices and offers are published on the clinic's website, on the relevant service page. We recommend checking there or contacting us before booking.

04

IV Therapies

6 questions
How long does an IV therapy session take?+

Duration varies depending on the recommended protocol. Generally, a session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, during which you stay in a dedicated space under medical supervision.

Do I need a consultation beforehand?+

Yes. Any IV therapy is recommended exclusively following a medical evaluation, which determines whether it is suitable for you and which protocol matches your goal.

How many sessions are needed?+

It depends on the goal. Some therapies show effect after a single administration, while programs aimed at revitalization or immune support are structured across multiple sessions.

How do I choose the right therapy for me?+

You don't need to choose on your own. The doctor sets the protocol based on the evaluation, available test results, and your goal — energy, detox, immunity, beauty or recovery.

Do IV therapies replace medical treatment?+

No. Vitamin and nutrient infusions are integrated into prevention and health optimization programs and complement, without replacing, the treatments recommended by your treating physician.

Where can I find the prices for each therapy?+

The complete, up-to-date price list for each individual therapy, combination or program is published on the clinic's website, on the relevant service page.
